Conference Registration Fees

The conference fees of 350$CAN include the various presentations and symposiums for the three day duration of the conference. An additional fee will be charged for the cocktail.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received and post-marked prior to December 31st, 2007, will receive a 70% refund which be mailed out after the Conference. After Decembre 31st, 2007, no refund will be issued.

Do not forget to include your e-mail address. Once registered, within a few weeks, you will received information about other activities taking place at the same time as the conference (cocktail and dinner with guest speaker), a list of the conference presentations from which to choose and a presentation selection form to complete and return.

Lodging

In 2008, Quebec City will be celebrating its 400th anniversary and hosting a number of internationally publicized events and activities. With a larger number of people than usual attending conferences at the Centre des Congrès in Quebec City during this period, it is extremely likely that hotel rooms in the general vicinity of the conference center will be in high demand and will fill up quickly. If you wish to be centrally located in terms of the conference center, as well as being at the heart of the activities and celebrations taking place in the city, we suggest that you reserve your accommodations as early as possible. Included, you will find a list of centrally located hotels and bed and breakfast establishments which are all located within walking distance of the conference centre. You will also find various website links that may prove helpful in your planning.
